Small and sweet…
P is for Parlour - the smallest of the Bailey collection
As there is only limited energy in a string to make sound, smaller guitars tend
to be more responsive. There is less mass to get moving so the wood bursts into
life the instant a note is played – the guitar players equivalent of driving
a sports car.
This makes parlour style guitars ideal for finger-picking with the added advantage
of being easy to carry about.
Combine that with master quality tonewoods and meticulous attention to detail and
you have the 'Sweet P' – a great little guitar with a big sound.
