This is a one hit, fast track course (includes one weekend) for the first time builders
who feel unsure about taking on a bigger project or people who may want to have
a go replicating the techniques at home. You will build a guitar from scratch –
in our opinion the easiest electric guitar to make.
There will be some options for customisation e.g. choice of woods, finish, pick
– ups etc, but the key to its simplicity is the minimal changes to specification.

How to build your own guitar, as the
BYOF
programme is all hands on with a lot less theory, but aims to be learning, as well
as a building experience.
There will be a maximum of four people on this course.
